Chef Eli
Rocket Chef Eli (Eligar Sadeh), a Rocket Scientist, is passionate about food and health for people and the planet. When we view the Earth from outer space, we see one whole, interconnected planet. This is our true essence- connection to the planet, nature, and with one another. We thrive together in community through food. Cooking for others is my love language. I have been cooking for 40 years with inspiration from my mother and as a Personal Chef. I specialize in Mediterranean, Asian, Farm-to-Table Colorado, and Plant-Based cuisines. When I am not doing chef work or engaged in rocket science endeavors, I am active traveling the world, and hiking, biking, skiing, and connecting with the high alpine environment of Colorado.
